Youguozi

Youguozi, a traditional Chinese snack, can be classified into two main types: large Youguozi and small Youguozi, which each have distinct salty or sweet flavors.

Flour paste is steamed for 3-4 minutes, then cut into strips and served with mustard, garlic, sesame butter, chili oil, vinegar and soy sauce.
