When most people think of traveling to Dunhuang, they often envision the scorching summer sun and endless sands. However, winter in Dunhuang is like a gem hidden by time, radiating a tranquil and enchanting beauty, waiting for discerning travelers to explore.
To attract more visitors and investors from China and abroad, Dunhuang in Gansu province introduced special measures at a promotional event in Beijing last week, among them free admission to tourist attractions, improving the quality of educational tours, providing subsidies for event organizers, supporting local performances, and expanding airline routes and flights.
