Huguo

Huguo is a well-liked breakfast dish in Jiuquan. Its soup base is prepared by combining chicken broth with broad bean flour, creating a paste-like texture. This mixture is then combined with broad bean flour dumplings, noodles, shredded chicken, and slices of meat. Then crispy twisted doughnuts are broken into small pieces and added to the soup. The finished dish is delicious, with a robust ginger and pepper flavor.
