Sinovel Wind Group Co., Ltd. is China's first specialized high-tech enterprise engaged in the independent development, design, manufacturing and marketing of large-scale onshore, offshore and intertidal wind turbines. 

Founded in February 2009, Sinovel Wind (Gansu) Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of the group.  It is primarily involved in the manufacturing and sale of wind power generators, wind farm construction and operation, and wind turbine maintenance services. The company's wind turbine assembly project had an investment of 500 million yuan and has a production capacity of 1.5 MW, 3 MW, and 5 MW wind turbines, with a total annual capacity of 2 million kilowatts.
