Chijinxia Scenic Area [Photo/jiuquan.gov.cn]

Chijinxia Scenic Area is located in Jinxia village, Chijin town, about 50 kilometers from Xinshi district of Yumen city. 

The scenic area was built based on the landscape of the reservoir water conservancy project, natural scenic area, and historical cultural relics. It has a superior geographical location and convenient transportation, connecting with famous urban landscapes and ancient relics such as Jiuquan Aerospace City, the Great Wall of the Jiayu Pass, and the Mogao Caves in Dunhuang. 

Chijinxia Scenic Area

The Chijinxia Scenic Area is a national water conservancy scenic area and a national 4A-level tourist attraction, offering a wide range of activities including sightseeing, leisure and entertainment, cultural exchange, business and trade, dining, and accommodation. One of the most popular entertainment projects in the scenic area is water drifting, known as the best in Northwest China.
