The 2023 Aksay Desert Carnival was recently held at the Duobagou Poplar Forest Camp of the Aksay Kazak autonomous county, attracting about 1,000 people from all over Gansu province and other parts of the country. 

It featured a variety of activities for visitors to enjoy, including a desert market, a ten-kilometer stroll, a desert carnival, sunset yoga, music carnival, bonfire party, and fireworks display.

Organized by the county's bureau of culture, sports, radio, television, and tourism, and supported by several tourism enterprises and investment companies, the event provided tourists an amazing opportunity to experience Aksay like never before.
